Walking Therapy-Experience therapy in motion with Walk and Talk Therapy, a unique approach to healing and self-discovery. Instead of traditional indoor sessions, I take therapy outdoors for a refreshing change of pace.
You'll walk side-by-side with me discussing whatever is on your mind in a natural and comfortable setting. This approach is beneficial if you find it easier to open up while moving or if you prefer not having to make direct eye contact. Locations-Elwood Beach, Caulfield Park, and Djerring Trail.

Experience an Active Meditation Drawing Session where creativity meets mindfulness. Designed for those who find traditional meditation challenging, this session focuses on engaging in the present moment through rhythmic, centred, and relaxing drawing. At the end of each session you will have your own piece of art to take home.

A guided practice which allows participants to immerse themselves in the creative process, using drawing as a tool to stimulate creativity and redirect thoughts purposefully. By embracing the rhythmic flow of drawing, individuals can improve focus and enhance mental clarity, all while experiencing a calming effect that centres the mind and releases stress.

Ideal for individuals with trauma histories or difficulty with stillness, this approach provides a gentle way to build self-soothing skills and cultivate mindfulness. Through mindful drawing, participants can discover a pathway to inner peace and emotional balance, integrating mindfulness into their daily lives through creative expression.
